• Free Initial Consultation: Get started with a personalized consultation to discuss your unique needs and preferences.

• Prenatal Visits: 1 prenatal visit where we’ll delve into your prenatal history and prepare you for your birth experience.

• Unlimited Phone and Email Support: Have peace of mind knowing you can reach out anytime with questions or concerns.

• On-Call Availability: Starting from your 38th week of pregnancy, we’re on standby to support you during labor and birth.

• Continuous Labor Support: We’ll be by your side as soon as you’re in active labor, providing guidance, encouragement, and comfort. Our support extends up to 1 hour after your baby is born.

• Postpartum Visit: After your birth, we’ll meet again to review your birth experience, discuss breastfeeding, and address any lingering questions.

GOLD

Prenatal, Birth, and Postpartum Care Package: Gold

Everything in the Silver package PLUS:

• Lending Library: Borrow books and other useful resources from my lending library.

• Comprehensive Prenatal Visits: Up to three prenatal visits where we will develop a personalized birth plan, discuss comfort measures and coping strategies, and prepare for partner collaboration.

• Additional Postpartum Visits: Three, four-hour postpartum visits, During these visits, I will continue to offer breastfeeding support, assist with emotional and physical recovery, perform light housekeeping, run errands, help with newborn care, prepare light meals, teach baby soothing techniques, help with baby wearing, aid with sibling integration, and provide referrals as needed.

POSTPARTUM HOURLY SUPPORT

Postpartum support services are available at a rate of $40 per hour, ensuring that you receive the care and assistance you need during this significant period of adjustment. Each visit has a minimum duration of four hours, allowing for comprehensive support tailored to your specific needs.
